All our kimonos are hand-made and gone through extensive quality control.
Honest communication prior to order – is everything for us. So, if you have doubts about your size or fit – please do email us on info@realkimonogirl.com prior to payment.
The kimonos have also been energy charged and therefore we operate a No-Refund Policy, however, if the kimono is in an intact condition and has not be worn, we can offer an Return or Exchange within 7 days from the date you received the package providing the following conditions:
- You must contact us first at info@realkimonogirl.com with the subject “Exchange” or "Return" and explanation of your reasons prior to shipping. Please note that exchange for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied.
- We do not offer exchange for a “change of mind” or cancellation on any product.
- We do not offer exchange or refund on discounted items.
- In case of the technological problem (“Faulty stitches”, “Stain” or similar condition) – please send us an email at info@realkimonogirl.com with the subject “Faulty”, full description and images of the problem. We can offer exchange with the same product (if in stock) or product of the same price category.
- Delivery cost for the returned clothing will be covered by the client.
- The inital delivery fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. For example, if the delivery cost is $200 (shipped to USA or Australia), this amount will be subtracted from the full refund.
